Hope you are all having a great week. I am back in New Zealand and have been busy filming Terry Teo, a new TV2 show that will be out next year.
I wanted to do something a little different with this role, so I spent this past week ‘living in’ my character. I can’t reveal too much about the show or the role that I play, but I purposely made myself a little bit uncomfortable all week to add to the authenticity of what will come across on screen. This role for me was a really exciting challenge and I played dress up and also rode a Segway – a win win all around.
I started rehearsals this week for the Basement Theatre Christmas Play. Something I like to be a part of every year and learn more about being on stage in a theatre environment. If you are in Auckland in December come along. It really is a great night out, full of laughter.
I’m going to write a blog about the things I have learnt in 2014, I feel like this year has been one of those years where I am a completely different person than I was 12 months ago… can anyone relate?
