WOW it has been such a great week. I had my first week of night shoots for Auckland Daze’s Halloween special #endofdaze that we shot at my family home.
I sent my parents to a hotel for the week so we could film all night. The episode will be available at midnight on Halloween and I can’t wait for you all to see it.
In preparation for New Years, Rhythm and Vines launched their documentary reflection on the decade that has been and the story of the highs and lows of making the best New Years festival in NZ. I had the pleasure of working closely with the team who made this over summer last year and think it has come together so well so make sure you check it out.
It feels like concert central at the moment and I was lucky enough to attend the phenomenal Beyoncé concert at Vector Arena. She has such a wonderful and powerful stage presence, she demands attention and is so still on stage, it draws you in. she sounded pitch perfect and gave the entire show 110%. I am so glad I got to witness it!
Today I am having a morning in bed, some compulsory R and R as it has been a big week. Next week I am filming in Christchurch. I haven’t been for a few months so looking forward to heading down.
