If you haven’t already heard, there have been some awesome developments in the world of cosmetics, Caitlyn Jenner has just signed a deal with MAC. The icon is set to launch a limited-edition lipstick with MAC Cosmetics, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the MAC AIDS Fund Transgender Initiative.
Book Club: Harry Potter and the Cursed Child
Amazing news for Harry Potter fans, JK Rowling is going to be releasing the script of her new play. It is going to differ from her previous work as this will not be in the novel format. Nethertheless, the world is buzzing about this latest development. I mean who doesn’t want to know what Harry Potter is up to now that he is an adult!
The book is yet to be released but is available for pre-order online!
Recipe of the Week: Taco Salad Casserole
This delicious recipe is loaded with seasoned meats, tangy salsa and hearty vegetables.
What you will need:

1 1/2 cups shredded tasty cheese

3 green onionssliced
-
5 Roma tomatoessliced

16 ounces bagged shredded coleslaw mix(just the cabbage, no dressing)

3/4 cup water
-
1 cup instant brown rice
-
16 ounces chunky red salsa
-
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
-
1 teaspoon dried oregano
-
2 teaspoons chili powder
-
16 ounces ground turkey or minceInstructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray 9 x 13″ baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Spray a large tray with cooking spray, and heat over medium high heat. Add turkey/mince to the hot casserole tray, and sprinkle with chili powder, oregano, cumin, and garlic powder. Brown and crumble meat until mostly cooked through.
- Stir in rice, salsa, and water, and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in cabbage until well mixed, and turn off heat.
- Transfer meat and cabbage mixture to prepared baking dish. Sprinkle one cup of shredded cheese over the top. Arrange sliced tomatoes evenly over the cheese, and sprinkle with green onions. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over the top. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, then serve.
