Kimberley’s Blog: Crazy busy week

Hey team,

Hope you had a good week.

Mine week was great, but nothing like what I had planned it to be. I have no routine in my life as it is, and I am 100% ok with that. However nothing in my week went at all to plan and I would have to say that ‘sleep’ was the key ingredient was missing this week and as I write this, I am very aware of it ha ha. Looking to the week ahead, I will be making an effort to add sleep, and lots of it, back into my week to ensure I am a functioning human. I am sure you can all relate.

What kept me awake this week? I have signed up for a lot of classes here in LA. I love being in class and doing workshops. My acting class actually put on a show today, one we have been working on for the past few weeks. It was my first live performance in LA. I also have my first stand up show coming up, which I will film so I can share it with everyone. Plus my comedy classes are keeping me busy during the day, the majority of the time we are laughing our heads off which is brilliant and exhausting.

I flew up to Sacramento on Friday to pick up my new car. I have been looking forward to having my own car here in LA for a long time and I would love you to help me name her? Any ideas?

I am really loving the LA weather and was able to spend two afternoons this week at the beach with friends. Because I spend most of the day in the car or in a classroom, I try to get outside whenever I can, especially since the beach is so close. I got up on the paddle board in some pretty big surf which was a lot more challenging than I had anticipated, needless to say there were enough bails to get the attention of the life guard. Whoops.

I hope you had a great week and looking forward to the week ahead. May it be full of lots of sleep and tones of laughter.

Kimberley xx
