BROWN SUGAR AND COFFEE SCRUB

You will need:

  • Coconut Oil
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • Coffee Grounds
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Mix together until all ingredients are completely blended. Add warm water until it reaches a thick consistency and lather your entire body. You might want to do this while you are in the shower, as it can get quite messy. Leave the mixture on for 5 minutes and rinse.

COCONUT LIME AND CITRUS SCRUB

You will need:

  • Coconut Oil
  • White Sugar
  • Lime Oil
  • Shredded Coconut

Melt the Coconut oil in a microwave and mix in the sugar, until fully incorporated. Add the coconut and the Lime Oil and blend. This will exfoliate your skin leaving it smoother than ever before.

ORANGE COCOA BUTTER

You will need:

  • 1 Cup shaved Cocoa Butter
  • 1 to 2 TBSP Coconut Oil
  • 8 drops Vitamin E or Rosehip Oil
  • 8 drops of Orange Essence

Soften the Cocoa Butter in the microwave (only if it is hard), whip the butter with a hand held mixer and slowly add in your coconut oil. Add in the Vitamin E and Orange oils. Stir thoroughly and store in an airtight container.

AVOCADO AND EGG WHITE FACE MASK

You will need:

  • 1 Ripe and mashed Avocado
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice

Combine mashed avocado with egg white and lemon juice in a small bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon to make a smooth paste. Ideally after you cleanse, place the facemask onto your entire face except your eyes. Rinse and moisturise.

I hope you enjoy all of these amazing body scrubs!
