Skincare Essentials

This nourishing skin care routine will help to soften and condition your skin leaving it with a natural glow. Make sure you cleanse, tone and moisturise everyday for a gorgeous complexion.

STEP 1: EXFOLIATE

Baking soda and coffee can be used as a natural alternative to exfoliate your skin. Mix a little baking soda and coffee with water or natural yoghurt and use it gently to remove any dead skin cells.

STEP 2: CLEANSE

If you want to create the appearance of a natural glow, use gentle ingredients such as Avocado and Honey. Cleansing your skin with honey will keep your skin looking fresh and feeling smooth whilst also killing bacteria, which causes acne. Avocado is also a great moisturiser.

STEP 3: TONER

Green tea and apple cider vinegar make for great toners. Both of these ingredients will help to balance out your skins PH levels. Place on a makeup pad and gently disperse onto your tea zone, this will help to clean your pores and will tighter the skin.

STEP 4: MOISTURISE

Olive, avocado, coconut or vitamin e oils are wonderful moisturises. Apply a small amount on its own or add a drop of your chosen oil in your current moisturizer. Massage it into the skin for a radiant glow that will last all day and night long.
